AP Literature/Composition

Senior year English Language and Composition is a year-long course designed to engage twelfth-grade students through thematic readings based on the complexities of a variety of social issues, synthesis of the information presented on those issues, and rhetorical and stylistic analysis for writing. Students develop skills in critical and creative thinking, independent inquiry, and affective processes to write and evaluate essays of analysis and evaluation.

Students may choose to take this course for college credit.  Upon successful completion, they will earn three credit hours in ENG 105 through the University of Southern Indiana.
